All payments are nonrefundable.
No refunds will be issued for event wristbands or registrations for any reason, including illness, non-attendance, or failure to use the wristband.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to have your wristband transferred for use at the following year's event. Requests must be submitted in writing no later than March 1, 2027 and are subject to the event's Transfer Policy.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and encouraged to help protect your investment in the event of an unexpected illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstance.

A wristband may be transferred to another individual or to the following year's event, subject to the terms below.
Transfer to Another Individual
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing by the original purchaser using the email address associated with the registration.
Transfer requests must include:
- Original purchaser's name
- Transferee's full name
- Transferee's email address
- Transferee's phone number
Transfer Fees
- On or before February 15, 2027: No transfer fee.
- February 16, 2027 – February 28, 2027: $50 transfer fee.
- March 1, 2027 – March 10, 2027: Subject to availability and a $100 transfer fee.
Transfer to the Following Year's Event
Instead of transferring your wristband to another individual, you may request to transfer your registration to the following year's event.
- Requests must be submitted in writing by March 1, 2027.
- Requests received after March 1, 2027, will not be accepted.
Final Deadline
No transfers of any kind—including transfers to another individual or to a future event—will be permitted once the event begins on March 11, 2027.
The events listed provide a general overview of the programming planned for the event. Event names, days, times, formats, and session offerings are subject to change. The final itinerary and event schedule will be released in January 2027.
